Over the past few months, Daniel and I have led a small group of “young professionals” that are age 20-30s. We have been learning a lot about leading but have also been so excited about the things that God is doing in our group.

2 weeks ago, during worship, Revelation 22:2 came to my mind. It says, “… On each side of the river stood the tree of life, bearing twelve crops of fruit, yielding its fruit every month. And the leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations.” I felt like we needed to pray for healing for anyone who needed it. We broke up into groups of 2 to pray. One of the girls had pain in her left arm and left leg for the past couple days and she had no idea why. So we prayed for God to heal. The first time we prayed, her arm felt a little bit different, but her leg still hurt. So, we prayed again. Her arm no longer hurt, but her leg still hurt a little bit. So, we prayed one more time and the pain was completely gone! Thank you Jesus!!!

Last week, at the end of lifegroup, we broke into two groups to pray. The guys went downstairs to pray and the girls stayed upstairs. We had spent time praying for each other and were waiting for the guys to finish. While we were waiting, one of the girls was holding her wrists like she was in pain. She does a lot of typing at work so her wrists hurt frequently. So, I asked if we could pray for her and she said yes. So our group of girls prayed together. After the first time, one of her wrists felt a little bit better, but the other one still hurt. So we prayed again. She stretched out her hands and said that they felt better but she thought if she rolled her wrists they would hurt again. So we had her try to roll her wrists and she said that the pain was completely gone!! I just got an email from her and she said that she continues to be pain free. Thank you Jesus!!!!

It has been so exciting to see God bring His kingdom to earth! We have life group again tonight – join us in asking for more from God! “Your Kingdom come, Your will be done!”
