Well the Holidays were a whirlwind! We traveled some 2600 miles, enjoyed wonderful time with family and friends, and received delightful refreshment from God!

Time with Family and Friends:

We had the privilege of visiting our Grandparents, spending time in Wisconsin and Iowa with Liz’s family, playing with Daniel’s nieces and siblings in Illinois, as well as catching up with a number of friends along the way.

Daniel’s Dad and brothers worked up an inexpensive and creative solution for milling some walnut logs which had been itching to be used in woodworking projects.

Refreshment:

It’s always refreshing to reconnect with family and friends 🙂 We thoroughly enjoyed catching up after having been away for six months. Additionally, God provided some great moments of receiving refreshment from him through words of encouragement from other people and in prayer with friends and family.

One event in particular recharged our batteries. We got to spend a few hours with some friends from Parkview Community Church on the 30th. It was delightful to catch up and at the end of the evening we got to spend time praying together and listening to God for each other. God released some sweet encouragement and blessings which re-energized us and replaced tiredness with joy!

We’re rounding the corner from the new year into a new spring season of ministry with vision and strength from God. Please join us in praying for an increase in favor with the people of Northern Colorado!
